Are Miele Experience Centres open?
We are pleased to confirm our Miele Experience Centres are open and our cooking demonstrations are resuming from June 1st and you can book your demonstration from today. Book now
Can I pick my order up from the Miele Experience Centre or Depot?
Please contact your nearest Miele Experience Centre for more information on order pick up. Click here
Can I get my order delivered?
The government restriction has recently been lifted to allow us to offer all of our Miele services, including online ordering and delivery as normal from April 28th.
When will I receive my order?
All orders will be processed for delivery as per normal from April 28th. We will be in contact with all customers when your order is ready for delivery, or is available for collection from your selected store.
What about the order I placed before the lockdown?
If you have not received your shipping or pickup notification prior to the lockdown, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an update.
Anything that has not been delivered by close of business on Wednesday 25th March 2020, will be rebooked for delivery for when the lockdown has been lifted, at this stage that is scheduled for 23rd of April.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
To discuss the ability to cancel your order please e-mail us at email@example.com and we will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
I have received my item but it is damaged or not working properly, what do I do?
If you believe your item is damaged or not working as it should be – please contact us and we will be able to assist. We will do everything we can to solve the issue while the lockdown is in place, however we appreciate your patience if this is not possible and we need to wait until normal operations have resumed.
If I book service what safety measures can I expect?
We have designed a protocol that ensures that both our customers and our service team are protected. This takes into account all government recommendations and the social distancing requirements.

Staring at a mountain of laundry and wondering which items can be washed together and which programme to use can be challenging. Most of the time it is obvious, but occasionally you may not be so sure. The colour from one garment has run and discoloured an old favourite, or something has shrunk. In essence, the nature of textile fibres determines their care. Follow a few ground rules and problems like these should be a thing of the past with a Miele washing machine and tumble dryer.
