Customers have up to 90 days from date of purchase of their washing machine to purchase the matching tumble dryer at the package price saving. Saving applies to tumble dryer model purchased. Non-matching Miele washing machine and tumble dryer packages can be purchased. 

Offer excludes B-stock, ex-display stock, outlet stock, Miele services (i.e. installation), project and commercial orders or Professional and Professional for the Home (Pro Series) products (including ProfiLine and Little Giants). Any product not listed in the inclusions or exclusions shall be deemed excluded from this offer. Contact our customer care team for expected delivery date. Due to high demand and external factors (such as logistics and supply chain constraints), delivery may be delayed.

Terms & Conditions
1. If, within 30 days of delivery, you are not totally satisfied with your Miele washing machine and/or dryer, you may return the unit, in the condition in which it was delivered (save and except for fair wear and tear), including all accessories, instructions, original packaging and (if applicable) any giveaways.
2. You must include a copy of the tax invoice for the appliance.
3. This 30 day limit takes effect from time of customer delivery.
4. After verifying the authenticity of your claim and checking that the appliance returned is complete and in the condition in which it was delivered, Miele will provide a full refund.
5. No refunds will be provided for any delivery/freight, installation or any associated costs.
6. Miele shall collect the appliance free of charge however you must arrange for the appliance to be uninstalled (at your expense) and easily removable from any cavity as Miele will not collect until such time.
7. Miele reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse a refund or offset any amount of refund against any damage caused to the appliance.
8. By lodging a claim under this offer the claimant excludes Miele from any liability, loss or damage resulting from or arising in connection with the offer to the extent permitted by law.
