About Our Centres
We have 3 Miele Experience Centres located across New Zealand (see locations below) which are designed to assist in creating the dream kitchen or laundry in our relaxed and inspiring environment. The Centre’s are a total re-think and were built to creatively present Miele’s outstanding ranges of premium domestic and commercial products in an impressive display. You will be greeted with excellent coffee and advice and invited to see all the latest and very best Miele appliances in a lifestyle environment.Our centres also host cooking appliance demonstrations on a regular basis, demonstrating the various attributes of Miele’s cooking appliances range in an extensive live kitchen as well as unique events.
Christmas Delivery Dates and Hours

Guaranteed Pre-Christmas Delivery:
Metro Areas (Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch)
Orders for major domestic appliances must be placed by Wednesday 18 December
Regional (Outside Metro)
• Orders for major domestic appliances must be placed by Monday 15 December. Orders placed after these dates will still be processed, but pre-Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed
• Home delivery service in metro areas will run on a limited basis across the Christmas & New Year period
• Includes installation. Subject to stock availability for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery
Post-Christmas Delivery:
Limited dispatch between 29 – 31 December.
Full service resumes Monday 5 January
Customer Care Support:
Closed: 25 & 26 December and 1 & 2 January
Midday closure: 24 & 31 December
The returns team will be operating at reduced hours between 29 – 31 December
Experience Centre Operating Hours:
Closed: 25 & 26 December and 1 & 2 January
Wellington and Christchurch Experience Centers Midday closure: 24 & 31 December
(Auckland Experience Centre is closed 24 December)
Service Technician Availability:
Operating at reduced capacity between 22 December – 9 January.
Full service resumes 12 January
