Q. How do I join the Miele for Life programme? 

Please register here to join Miele for Life. Alternatively you can join at any Miele Experience Centre or your nearest Miele Retailer when making a purchase.

Membership is complimentary. 

Q. Do I have to make a purchase to join Miele for Life? 

A purchase is not required to join the programme.

Q. How do I join the Miele for Life programme? 

Please register here to join Miele for Life. Alternatively you can join at any Miele Experience Centre or your nearest Miele Retailer when making a purchase.  

Q. How do I log in to the new site for the first time if I’m a member, but don’t have a password? 

To create an online Miele for Life account, please create an account here.  

Q. I'm having trouble joining the Miele for Life programme 

If you have followed the create an account instructions here and are still experiencing difficulties please contact us. 

Q. I'm having difficulties logging in 

If you have registered here, tried resetting your password and are still experiencing difficulties please contact us. 

Q. I have a Miele app account, is it the same login details? 

If you have an existing Miele App account you can use the same email address and password to login to the Miele for Life website. If you haven’t already agreed to the Terms and Conditions you will be prompted to do so.  

Q. Trying to login into the Miele Shop? 

If you wish to purchase an item from the Miele Online Shop please click here
Please note, the Miele Online Shop requires different login details to the Miele app and Miele for Life website. If you experience login issues, please check you have a registered online shop account. If not, you can create a new account by clicking here. 

Q. I've forgotten my password

Q. Is there a format for passwords? 

Yes, passwords require a minimum of 12 characters.  

Q. My account is locked? 

After 5 failed logins within 15 minutes an account will be locked out for 1 hour. Please contact us here if you need your account unlocked.  

Q. How do I update my password? 

Once you have signed into the Miele for Life website, drop down the Account menu, select Account Details and select the Change Password option. 

Q. How do I update my details? 

Once you have signed into the Miele for Life website, drop down the Account menu, select Account Details and select the Your Details or Address details option and Save details.

Not currently. You can however purchase online at our Miele Shop click here. 

Q. Can I use the Miele for Life codes online? 

Yes, log into the Miele for Life website here to find the offer code you wish to redeem and then click through to the online shop link and apply the offer code. Alternatively, if you have the codes, you can go directly to the Miele Shop or your nearest Miele Experience Centre

Q. I'd like to know more about my Miele appliance
